What Is a Working Days Calculator?
A working days calculator determines how many business days occur between two dates. Unlike a simple date difference calculator, it can exclude weekends and specified holidays. What is the difference between working days and calendar days?
Calendar days include every day in a date range. Working days exclude selected weekends and holidays that you specify.
Does this calculator include the start and end dates?
Yes. Both the start date and end date are included in the calculation. If either date is a weekend or an excluded holiday, that date is not counted as a working day.
Can I exclude public holidays?
Yes. Enter the holiday dates in YYYY-MM-DD format. The calculator will exclude those dates when determining working days.
Can I use a Friday-Saturday weekend?
Yes. The calculator supports Saturday-Sunday and Friday-Saturday weekends, as well as Sunday-only, no-weekend, and custom weekend configurations.
